Bio

Some of you may know him as LowKeezy and others may know him as Philly Pri$e, either way he is one of the hottest successful up and comers from the Midwest.

Born Phillipe W. Jones, Lowkeezy is an Indiana native who has spent most of his years in Kansas. With his go-getter attitude and hard work ethic Lowkeezy has become the CEO of his very own record label; Breakin’ Free Records. His talents have also been spread to producing tracks for many other up and comers from bordering cities and states.

Through out his time as an artist Lowkeezy has performed a number of shows and has had the privilege and opportunity to open for artists including: Knock-Turnal, Butch Cassidy, Trick Daddy, Kansas City’s own Tech N9ne, The Outlawz, Petey Pablo, Damizza, Too $hort, and Yuk Mouth. He has had the opportunity to headline a handful of his own shows in states such as Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Texas, and Utah.

With success on his mind Lowkeezy has been promoting himself and others on his label since 2001. He has put in work traveling state to state, doing cd singings, and selling his records out of his trunk at shows and clubs to get himself heard!

Lowkeezy has had local success with his first cd with former group Kuruption selling over 20,000 copies and his solo album entitled “Lowkeys World” has sold nearly 9,000 copies. Not to forget his currrent album titled "Dedicated which has nearly sold 5,000 copies within it's first month. Next in line for Lowkeezy is his 2009 soon to be released album/mixtape entitled “Bak by Popular Demand,” with various guest appearances from Run Dmc, Dj Sir Thurl, Big Kuntry king, Dj Backside, and many more which will be released independently.

When asked what makes him different from the many others out here trying to make it, he responds, “I am eager for everyone to hear what I have to say and I hope they see the fire inside me to make a name for myself.”
