"The music finds Loren "Lo" Woods walking slowly or skipping across the fretboards at will and when called for. A complete guitarist!"

John Stix, Editor In Chief, Guitar For The Practicing Musician - Guitar Magazine

"Shattering Conventional Notions Of Guitar Playing. Guitar-driven and cinematic, the tracks on his latest CD offer plenty of imagination, melody and of course, the occasional hyper-speed moments that display Woods' command of his instrument."

Guitar9 - Guitar9

"Smooth, sometimes hard-hitting guitar riffs mingle with a solid yet dynamic backup band to create a true rock n' roll energy. It Might Take Years emphasizes a strong melodic flavor and cool twin harmonies."

The Village Vine, Bloomington, Indiana
- The Village Vine

"Lo gives everything he's got on this album-silky smooth ballads, thought-provoking melodies and inspirational pop rock. Experience Lo Woods and his music for yourself."

Susie Mudd, Editor In Chief, The Maryland Musician
- Maryland Musician

"Opening for Robin Trower at The Vogue, The Lo Woods Band Played a set that was phenomenal as is his album It Might Take Years."

Jeff Napier, Nuvo News weekly, Indianapolis - Nuvo Newsweekly

Woods himself slid his hands up and down a guitar throughout his performances, picking it apart as it seemed to voice its own lyrics.

Bio

Loren ‘Lo’ Woods was born in Indiana, was a childhood prodigy playing guitar in nightclubs at 15 years of age. Since then he has had a pretty impressive run in the music business, from the dynamic copy bands of the 70s, Champion, Jubal, Black Dog, Phoenix to being featured in Guitar Magazine, warming up Robin Trower to rave reviews and winning honorable mention in the National Billboard Songwriting Contest just to name a few.

Lo has written and recorded over 150 tunes in a variety of genres including Rock, Blues, Acoustic, Fusion both instrumental and vocal and continues with his passion to this day.
Loren is currently playing the club circuit with a blend of classic to current rock and a sampling of original music from his vast body of work.

Loren has been compared to guitar greats such as Alan Holdsworth, Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, Jan Ackerman, Larry Carlton and Steve Vai. His songwriting has been compared to Steely Dan, Robin Ford, Tod Rundgren and even Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young for his keen attention to the vocal harmonies.

Larry 'Bongo' Brannon, drums-vocals is simply the best rock n' roll and fusion drummer around and his take charge attitude drives this band to be all that it can be.

Dan 'Dee Sharp' Davis, bass guitar-vocals is a student of the instrument and of the music. He works diligently at his craft and it shows very brightly at performances.
