-Co-wrote and produced single for Kayne Taylor (winner of Australian popstars 2004) titled “HEARTBREAKER” which subsequently went number “1” in its first week. The song was co-written and co-produced with grammy nominated production team “Mash Productions” Treavor Streel and John Holliday formerly of “Escape Club” fame.
-Wrote and produced the theme song for “Rollercoaster” (ABC afternoon childrens show). The song “Great Adventure”2005 has featured as the theme every afternoon on the ABC for the past 18 months.
- Engineered, Produced and co-wrote album for Nick Hardcastle (creature features ABC) self titled titled 2006. Critcal acclaim Sydney Morning Herald top 20 albums of 2006.. www.nickhardcastle.com
-Co-wrote and produced songs on the album “GHOSTS AND GOULS” ABC music. Released 2007.

- Produced the forthcoming album by Simon Shapiro due for release 2007. Nominated for 2 Australian Songwriters Association awards 2007.

-Produced second single for Miranda Murphy “Life on Mars” 2004, Universal Music.
- Co-wrote and produced forthcoming EP for the artist Bianca. Due for release 2007.

Lindsay Rimes is an Australian songwriter\producer with a growing catalogue of contemporary pop songs and an already impressive track record of cuts, including an Australian NO.1 single for ‘Popstars’ winner, Kayne Taylor and currently is receiving national airplay of his co-written and produced song ‘Daylight’ performed by Anthony Snape.
Other recent successes include writing and producing the winning songs in the ‘Pop’ and ‘Acoustic’ sections of the Music OZ awards 2006 and producing the winning songs for the artist Yolanda Thomas in the LA MUSIC AWARDS 2006.
Top music critic Bernard Zeul (Sydney Morning Herald), picked Nick Hardcastles’ self titled album, produced and co-written and by Lindsay as the best Pop release of 2006, whilst The Australian broadcasting corporation(ABC) continues to use ‘Great adventure’ (written and produced by Lindsay) as the theme song for their afternoon childrens TV show “ROLLERCOATER”.
Lindsay currently works from his purpose- built studio in Surry Hills, Sydney where he continues to write with and develop new and established artist.
A highly motivated writer with a relentless drive to be constantly creating new and better material, Lindsay Rimes is eyeing international markets, with a view to match and go beyond current standards in crafted pop songwriting.
