Bio
Musical voyageur, Luciano Lu travels through sounds from his home country Brazil weaved by melodies and rhythms from across the globe.
Luciano Lu sings his original songs in Brazilian Portuguese, French and English as well as classic bossa nova, folk, and jazz tunes accompanied by his classical guitar and various percussion instruments. He also plays his accordion from a repertoire of Brazilian choro and forró and various percussion instruments.
Brazilian raised, Luciano Lu has been living in Canada for 25 years. Over the last 15 years, based out of Toronto, Luciano has toured as part of percussion ensembles and other bands. 2017 marks the release of his solo show featuring his original songs and multi-instrumental talent.
