Luciid

Luciid is an American singer, songwriter and producer hailing from Winnsboro, South Carolina. She is also the founder and CEO of an independent label, Syndicate Outfit Uplifting Lives Music Group, LLC. Luciid, also known as Shanisha Watkins, has been singing since the young age of seven years old. Growing up in a musically inclined family, Shanisha knew that music was a passion of hers. At the age of twelve, Shanisha was giving an opportunity to write her first song and feature on an album for a family member. After impressing everyone, Shanisha knew that was a moment that she wanted to feel forever and soon afterwards she began to master her craft. While loving music with all of her self, Shanisha decided to postpone her music career to serve in the military for eight honorable years in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring from her military career, Shanisha became Luciid full time once she enrolled in the Art Institute  of Atlanta. It was there where Luciid met more like-minded people and became a recording artist. In the Fall of 2017, Luciid released her debut single titled, ‘In Love’ ft Yeux Yeux which was produced by Kevin Touw, mixed and mastered by DJ Dynasty. In the Spring of 2018, Luciid will be releasing her next single, “Let Me Love You” followed by a short film for her EP. 

Luciid is influenced by her parents and musical artists Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly and Prince.
