LUCKY7

Born in 1990 in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jewel lucky7 hogan has been rapping since the age of 16. Lucky7 released his first mixtape: It's Bigger Than Ever Vol 1, which sold 2000 copies all over the the mid west area. The mixtape had the hit single: I'm From The East Side which received air play on the local radio station: Hot 96.3. The song received more than 20,000 plays on Myspace within one month. In the Summer of 2008 Lucky7 went back in the studio to record his next mixtape: It's Bigger Than Ever Vol II- Welcome To Naptown. He recorded his main single: Getting It, which was a local hit on Hot 96.3; It soon found a home in many DJ's mixes and received over a half million plays on myspace in 2009. He then branched out to lay a track down for the ladies: Falling In Love. Bigger Than Ever Vol II- Welcome To Naptown sold over 3,000 copies in the first week with help of the Lucky7 street team. In the summer of 2009 they played Falling In Love on 100.9 , a very commercial radio station which only played pop music- for the first time they played a local artist, Lucky7, which became an instant hit- it received 269,661 on Myspace. Lucky7 performs shows every weekend opening up for every major artist that comes through Indianapolis such as Shawty Lo, Nelly, Murphy Lee and B.G. Lucky 7 has performed in St. Louis, Kentucky and Chicago. He does not plan on doing a album until a record deal has been furnished.
