Lucysbrownseville is detroit based rock/soul and blues,blending influences from the 60's/70's to current artists.Lucysbrownseville is Marcus Christy on vocals/a accomplished singer/songwriter who plays guitar and keys and combines soulful and catchy melodies to the band's sound.marcus also has a solid fanbase as a solo act
Brendan Robinson on bass,providing solid old school bass lines,also a accomplished guitar player from local band four deep/soul 360/troubled ones
Joey Nestico on lead guitar,combining a dirty blues style with solid, soulful leads,formerly of cathy davis and the soulsearchers and long black sedan
Rebekah Hopper:lead/backing vocals,a singer/songwriter in her own right/she has worked with known local producers and has won several local awards and has a solid fanbase of her own
Paul Winterhalter:drums/percussion/vocals,rounding out the band on drums,blending a syncopated/funk/rock and motown influence to his playing,who has also played with marc and brendan in the local band four deep/soul 360 and other established detroit and los angeles based bands
Their demo/ep was recorded solely by marc and paul,so they look forward to combining everyone's talent for playing and songwriting on the band's upcoming full length cd
