Luis Villaseñor

Ever since he was a young child, his goal was to attend college and become a math teacher. In the fall of 2001, he achieved one of those goals by attending the University of California, Riverside, where he double majored in liberal studies and mathematics. Once at the university, he realized that wasn’t where he wanted to be. He dropped out after a year and a half at the university and decided to pursue his next goal: become a police officer. (Very) Soon after that he decided to steer clear of that goal when he found out that criminals had bigger guns and more rights!

After a short time off, he finally made the choice to go against his better judgment and try Stand Up Comedy at the World Famous Irvine Improv. After getting off stage for the very first time, it was obvious to him that comedy was what he wanted to do. Since then, Luis has been dazzling audiences with his mixture of his own personal life as well as his observations of daily events. Not even his dear sweet mother is safe from the quick wit that this young comic possesses. There is simply no subject that this comedian will not poke fun at from Asian midgets to his cold-blooded ex-girlfriends!

In his short time in comedy he has had the opportunity to open up for Jeff Garcia, Manny Maldonado, Shawn Wayans and Anjelah Johnson to name a few. He is also a feature act on the Latino Laugh Off Tour presented by Marroquin Concerts. In 2008 he became the youngest comedian to be signed by Marroquin Concerts and has since continued to tour nationwide. Don’t miss this young up and coming comedian when he hits your town.
