"Judah"

Known as the Hip-Hop Worshipper, "Judah" has put together some of his best work musically in his last project, The Trinity Mixtape, which ministers the message of the gospel on an urban level.

Judah’s music is infused with hard-hitting lyrics that speak to people of all age groups and minister to people of all demographics. Songs such as “Holly Rollaz”, “Get Like Me” and “LifeStyle Switch” give off a certain rhythmic sensation that causes feet to move and hands to clap.

Judah uses his platform to gain the attention of teens and young adults. “Music gains the access, then we speak the truth”, he goes on to explain, “If your beats are nice and you can go flow, then you have the ability to change a life. Most listeners are only listening for something they can vibe to, once we catch them, we minister the Word of God.” - TR Management

Bio

Lewis Johnson Jr. met the Lord Jesus Christ when he was only 12 years old. He immediately began to be used of the Lord in various aspects of ministry. From a young age, he embraced music, serving as the Assistant Youth Choir Director as a teenager, then in college as President and Assistant Director of the VCU Black Awakening Choir, then on to become a Drummer and Praise and Worship leader.

Licensed into the gospel ministry at the age of 21, he hasn’t looked back. He has been actively involved in the music ministry for over 20 years. Now armed with the Prophetic gift of Praise, he is uniquely set apart as a catalyst of a new genre of music known as “Urban Worship.”

Urban Worship utilizes Praise & Worship lyrics, while also including Christian hip-hop lyrics on top of more urban Rhythm and Blues, Pop, Hip-Hop and Neo-Soul instrumentations. The vybe is contagious and cutting edge with the potential to reach all age groups. The music is urban but the message is infused with the presence of God.
