Bio

Having released his debut EP entitled ‘Seasons’ in 2010 (Recorded with Jake Nauta – ex Playjerise), Luke propelled to new heights in the music game. In 16 months, Luke racked up over 150 shows (including Easterfest 2011, Forest Edge Festival 2011, Black Stump 2011, Revive 2011 and Big Exo Day 2011), received airplay on over 45 radio stations and was included on compilation albums both in Australia and USA. 2011 also saw Robinson’s international debut with shows in Los Angeles, Nashville and Memphis.

Early 2012 has saw a whole new side of Luke Robinson with the release of his brand new single “New Year, New Place”, which was been quickly snapped up by radio stations all over Australia and abroad. This was followed by the release of his brand new HERE AND NOW EP (produced by Andy Mak) on 31st March, and subsequent 40 date national tour. Since it’s release, this record saw finalist nominations in the pop, Christian and music video categories at the 2012 Musicoz Awards as well a top 5 finalist nomination in the Bali Songwriting Summit.

As 2013 gets well under way, Luke has just released his brand new single “Hit the Ground Running” from his highly anticipated debut album (due for release in late 2013). With a month of touring festivals in March and another national tour in the works for August/September, 2013 is set to be a huge year for Luke Robinson.
