The name lunamarga was born when the band read of the strange behavior the moon provokes, for it influences the tides in the same manner as it does human beings. It is said then, that when full moon flies over the skies, a higher number of insanity, murder and suicide cases are reported, therefore a “Bittermoon”.
The band started in November of 2003 in Guadalajara city, Mexico
The first lunamarga demo was recorded in 2005
and since then, the band has been playing gigs
and composing new material for a future production.
lunamarga’s style is a mix between hard/Heavy prog rock with female voice. Songs have both english and spanish lyrics each one
