A Better Plan

Written By: Lundyn Rae/ Jeff Pearson

He said his love would last forever the night she gave it all.
Yet all alone she faces what’s coming in the fall.
A baby boy, she felt him move; with every kick her love just grew.
But deep down she knew he’d need a better start.
Cuz something else was stirring in her heart

Chorus:
A greater love from the Lord above
Fills her heart and lifts her up and gives her strength to stand.
Sometimes love comes at a cost we don’t understand
And you have to trust someway, somehow, it’s part of a better plan.

After 8 long hours of labor she held her baby tight.
She kissed his face and whispered, “It’s gonna be alright.
I love you more than you will know; that’s why I have to let you go.”
Oh, the pain she felt at morning’s light, ‘cause someone else would rock him to sleep tonight.

Chorus

Graduation Day, he thanks his mom and dad
For the sacrifices they have made and chances that he has
His mind turns back to 18 years ago,
When another mom he never knew gave him more than she could know.

Chorus:
A greater love from the Lord above
Fills his heart and lifts him up and gives him strength to stand.
Sometimes love comes at a cost we don’t understand
And you have to trust someway, somehow, it’s part of a better plan.

All We Have is Now

Written By: Lundyn Rae/ Joe Sins

Seasons come and go before you know
If your standin still your gonna get left out in the cold
Minutes turn into hours, hours turn into days,
Days turn into all of your dreams slippin away

So let’s take a little trip to Italy
Get lost on some cobblestone streets
Drive thru Tuscan countryside then you can sweep me off of my feet
Have as many adventures as time will allow
Cuz life is short and all we have is now

When we open up our eyes every sunrise
We can choose to hit the snooze or we can realize
Minutes turn into hours, hours turn into days,
Days to into all of our dreams slippin away

So let’s take a little trip to Paris France We can be there in just a few hours
Get our Portraits painted in front to the Eiffel tower
Have as many adventures as time will allow
Cuz life is short and all we have is now

Take a little trip to Waikiki, lay out on the beach
you can rub the lotion on all the places I can’t reach
Let’s have as many adventures as time will allow
Cuz life is short and all we have is now
Yeah, Life is short and all we have is now!

Fairytale

Written By: Lundyn Rae/ Karen Staley

We started out as just good friends
Never saw you as my prince charmin
But right away I felt so comfortable
Your smile was so disarming
It was just so easy to be the real me
You loved me for who I was
And it slowly dawned on me

Chorus
Right in the middle of an ordinary life
You gave me a fairytale
It felt like a dream, all the world was right
From the moment you lifted my veil
I felt forever in that kiss
happy ever after does exist
True love never fails
Right in the middle of an ordinary life
you gave me a fairytale

That magical moment when we first touched
is when I finally realized,
I felt like a princess who’d been asleep
you made me come alive.
You felt so familiar,
Like someone I’d always known.
It was so unexpected, my heart felt right at home.

Chorus

We’re not perfect, sometimes we fight.
We both have days where nothing goes right
But when beauty fades and we grow old
Yours is the hand I still want to hold

Chorus

TAG
yeah, right in the middle of an ordinary life you gave me a fairytale

Just Let Go

Written By: Lundyn Rae/ Joe Sins

I see the way he looks at you like you belong to him.
Just a piece of property, there’s darkness deep within.
You may not know it, or just you think you can’t get out
Trapped inside his prison walls where no one can hear you shout

Chorus
I can hear you, I can see you
I can feel the pain and sorrow
The hopelessness of tomorrow
Don’t ya know know that your about to drown
If you don’t let go of that hand, the hand that’s holdin ya down.

Every dream you have, n everything you wanna do
He always makes you feel like it’s just no use
You may think its better than just being all alone
But how can you choose bruises and broken bones

Chorus
I can hear you, I can see you
I can feel the pain and sorrow
The hopelessness of tomorrow
Girl don’t ya know your about to drown
If you don’t let go of that hand, that’s holdin ya down

If you only knew how the right one felt
You’d let go and run out that door
Cuz you deserve so much more

Chorus
I can hear you, I can see you
I can feel the pain and sorrow
The emptiness of tomorrow
Knowin that your about to drown
If you don’t let go of that hand,
If you don’t let go of that the hand
Why don’t you just let go of that hand, the hand that’s holdin ya down
Just let go,
Just let go!

Its Your Life

Written By: Lundyn Rae. Scott Sandford

You can make a million dollars if you want to
All ya gotta do is stand up and try
You can run a marathon
The universe is on your side
You can pull it all together if you need to
You just got to learn to love yourself
Stay true to your heart, don’t worry about anyone else

Chorus
Cuz it’s no secret
There’s nothing to prove
You can choose to win or lose.
You know it’s true
So open your eyes, realize
It’s your life, so live it for you

You can open up a shop in San Francisco
or fly a spaceship to the moon
You can write book
on anything you wanted to
You might feel like you’re just ordinary
But your dreams make you bigger than you are
Take it day by day, movin step by step you’ll go far

Chorus

You can put your mind at ease with all the possibilities
That wait for you
Just open up your hand
Don’t let your dreams like sand slip away from you

Chorus
There’s nothing to prove
You can choose to win or loose
You know its true
So open your eyes, realize
Its your life (2x)
So live it for you

You can make a million dollars if you want to
All ya gotta do is stand up and try

Little Ole Me

Written By: Lundyn Rae. Scott Sandford

Everybody knows me, or at least they will
Just give it another week until
I get my name in lights, get it wrapped it up tight
With my face on a magazine
I know what you’re thinking, “It’s a long shot”
But wait’ll you see just what I got to show you
I blow you away
`cuz now I think its time for a
Brand new star to shine
So that’s what I’m gonna do, oh

Chorus
So, Bang bang
Its always the same
I’ve paid my dues and played the game
I’m makin my mark on history
I know at my sellout show
You’ll be right there in the very front row
It’s my life this aint just a dream
This is big time little ole me

I can make million
Or maybe two be with a number one song and a great review
Cuz I wont’t stop til I reach the top
And be Paparazzi dream
I’ll be at the Grammys or the CMA’s
They’ll call my name, and then I’ll say I’ve made it
Cuz I’ve waited all my life

(Chorus 2x)
Cuz now I think its time for a
Brand new star to shine
So that’s what I’m gonna do, oh
So, bang bang
Its always the same
I’ve paid my dues and played the game
I’m makin my mark on history
I know at my sellout show
You’ll be right there in the very front row
It’s my life this aint just a dream
This is big time little ole me

Oh, lil ole me, this is big time, lil ole me, Just lil ole me.

Lookin for a Lifetime

Written By: Lundyn Rae/ Bill Di Luigi

Should have known when he showed up
An hour late for our first date
but when he said sorry, all I could do was smile
The way he wore those blue jeans
Stole my sense away from me
We went out to dine by candle light,
When the check came said he forgot his wallet,
Can’t believe I bought it

CHORUS
I’m so done with jerks and losers
Losin sleep over lame excuses
Pretty lies and strayin eyes
After the rush and the butterflies
I aint just lookin for a good time
I’m lookin for a lifetime

He said I was beautiful
Like a scene from a daydream
I was even thinking bout a second date
Had me blushin when I got up to go to go and check my make up
But when came I walkin back that all changed
He was flirtin with the waitress, heard her laughin,
writin something on a napkin

CHORUS

The right one’s out there, waitin for me
I’m given up on given in
standing strong… movin on
Until I find him

CHORUS
