It started when two brothers from Indianapolis, Indiana, took their lifelong love of music to the next level by picking up a microphone and messing around to a beat that a friend had made. Little did anyone know that the dynamic duo Lux & P would be formed. Lux & P have always had a passion for music, but since starting recording four years ago it has become an addiction; a true love and a lifestyle. The duo uses their music to convey their experiences as young people in the party scene, as well as bringing humble and realistic views on life that almost anyone can relate to.

Lux & P started out rocking college functions and fraternity parties at numerous campuses, where their music seemed to fit in perfectly. At the college campuses, they were able to sell a large amount of CDs and quickly gained respect from their peers, as Lux & P are college students themselves. Eventually, Lux & P connected with Angela Richardson at a record label showcase and have had a strong working relationship ever since. Through the “Boss Lady” Angela Richardson, known for her success with rapper Huey, Lux & P have taken their game to another level with their “iPrtyCrzy” movement. The new hit single “iPrtyCrzy” is playing on several radio stations, and now is being joined by the release of the official music video on YouTube.

With the youth as the backbone of their following, Lux & P are beginning to look towards the mainstream with their loveable music. Their craft is strongly based on catchy lyrics with relevant content that consistently has people of all demographics turning heads. Nobody really knows how to classify Lux & P as far as genres of music go. Some say pop, some say Hip-Hop, and some say it’s just “feel-good music,” but one thing for certain is that it is always enjoyable. Fans appreciate their humble and hardworking mindset, and it is obvious that they do this out of pure passion. Lux & P may be seen as two people who do not “look like” celebrities, but to them that is on purpose, and it is their biggest strength.
