Lying's Mouth was formed around a passion for the 70s and 80s glam and punk rock music. The music of David Bowie, Iggy Pop and The Stoogies, and New York Dolls are among our strongest influences. Our style draws from these influences but is not bound by them. Lying’s Mouth believes in being unique in our music, style and show.
Lying’s Mouth is a quickly becoming a premier attraction in the mid-atlantic and working on a plot to take on the world.
We are often asked about our name. Lying's Mouth is our way of saying everyone is, in some way, masquerading as someone or something else. Don't let yourself be told what to do, listen to, or believe. You make your own truth. We are doing what we believe, but, what you see or hear isn't truth, it’s our version of what we want you to believe us to be. Isn’t that what we are all doing? We are just being honest about it.
