Substitute teacher for the University of Saskatchewan Songwriting Courses.
I am a singer/songwriter - finally taking my music out of the bathroom (best acoustics in the house) to the rest of the world!
What sets me apart? I'm not 20 and I don't wanna be a rock star - very very liberating. I just want to write some good tunes, play them for folks and sell some CD's! And maybe pitch a few songs along the way!
I've played to audiences from 2 to 2000. Festivals, house concerts, benefits, coffee houses. My show is audience interactive, often incorporating a sing-along-to-my-songs approach; instruments (shakers & tambourines); and storytelling.
I perform all the songs from my debut album ALL OVER THE MAP acoustically at my own shows, and bring in other musicians as required.
My songwriting influences are largely folk and old country.
