Lyndsey Phipps

Born in Fort Worth and living her entire life in small towns in West Texas and the Texas Panhandle, Lyndsey taught herself how to sing and play guitar while in college at Texas Tech University. Briefly starting a short lived band of friends playing regional venues, she fell in love with performing and song writing. After the band parted ways, Lyndsey took time off to work on her debut album, Seeking A Clyde, an amazing collection of self written original songs that really embody the female outlaw spirit that has become her personal signature on the folk music scene. An innovator with the acoustic guitar and a master storyteller in the classic folk and bluegrass tradition, Lyndsey Phipps is a wonderfully talented and prodigious singer songwriter and a rising star to look out for in the near future.
