Rhyming since the humble age of 14, The Lyrical Poet is no stranger to the underground hiphop scene. Hailing from the city of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, his overall goal and objective was to be the first artist to put the entire city on the map. And with tracks like “Hey Ladies,” “True Story,” and the #1 underground track “954 Anthem,” his goals are quickly becoming in reach. As a dedicated song writer, he is determined and hungry to be the center of attention whether locally, nationally, or globally. In a recent South Florida magazine interview, LP says:
“…Rhyming is a given, you don’t just wake up and start to rhyme…
it’s a talent that you raise with skill and practice.”
