"Straight Outta Austin"

Sindrome was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana & relocating to Austin, TX at the age of eight. With a history of music in his family, at 13 he started rapping with his older brothers’ group Rise of Fame Records. Music made Sindrome’s life speed up quickly. Between 1998 and 2013 Sindrome became the Freestyle King of Austin, appeared on BET’s 106 & Park Freestyle Friday’s, & has opened for & performed with numerous artists including Mac 10, Cameron, Too Short, Lil' Wayne, Scarface, T.I., Trina, & Texas Legends Pookie, H.A.W.K., and Lil’ Keke from the Legendary Screwed Up Click (S.U.C.) created by the Late Robert Davis, better known as DJ Screw.
As a solo artist & as member of groups such as Black Hands Supa Group, Gutta Gang & Legion of Poon (L.O.P.), Sindrome has enjoyed local, regional, and some national success working with DJ’s like DJ Latin Prince to the Bomb Squad DJ’s, Bum Squad DJ’s, Go DJ’s, & more. Since 2013, Sindrome has continued to release solo mixtapes, features, & perform live. In August 2018 he opened for Texas rapper Slim Thug & DJ Snoopadelic (Snoop Dogg).
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, MeoSoul has been playing drums since the age of three years old. Through the years, MeoSoul has developed into a multi-instrumentalist, producer, arranger, songwriter, vocalists & music director. As a vocalist and musician, MeoSoul has recorded with & played for Gospel Choirs, R&B, Hip-Hop, Country, & Reggae artists including: 80H Project, Da Hebeegeebees, Top Choice, J- Kells, My Daddy’s Records, D-Soul Davis, Million Dollar Minds.
In 2008, he would connect with Austin rapper Sindrome and form Gutta Gang. Lending his soulful vocals and even rapping on some songs, L.O.P. introduced the world to the New Austin Sound. After Gutta Gang disbanded, Mr. Meo as he became known, and Sindrome would form another hip-hop group called Legion of Poon (L.O.P.). Once again, Mr. Meo added his touch and helped the group experience quite a bit of regional and some national success.
Papi Cannon strives to not sound like anything you have ever heard before. Growing up, Papi Cannon developed his gift and passion for playing & arranging music his own way. He is a 3 headed monster he makes his own beats, sings, and raps. In 2013 he would release ‘Class Clown’, his first album which did relatively well, though it did not have much promotion.
In 2015 Papi Cannon met Sindrome and Mr. Meo, who had become Austin legends with the group Legion of Poon. The connection was instant, a friendship formed, & Papi Cannon went to right to work featuring on several tracks for them. The duo of Sindrome & Mr. Meo assisted with and the production of Papi Cannon’s Sophomore album, ‘Chips and Chocolate Milk’, which was nominated for Lyricist of the Year at the 2017 Austin Hip-Hop Awards.
Fast-forward to 2018, Sindrome, Mr. Meo, & Papi Cannon had the idea of creating a new, different type of group. Through the years they all have enjoyed individual success & created their own followings. Capitalizing on that, M.O.D. {Money on Delivery} was formed. Having made many connections through the years, Sindrome reached out to Jarrod Dixon of Billionaire Eventually Media Group and explained his idea. Jarrod was onboard and quickly went to work for the group releasing Sindrome’s first Retail Release ‘World Still Against Me’ in October 2018 & M.O.D.’s first project ‘C.R.E.A.M.Y.’ and Papi Cannon’s third album entitled ‘LODIE’ in November 2018.
With multiple projects on the way, solo and group, M.O.D. is poised to establish the foundation of Austin Hip-Hop & change the sounds of the music industry. - Alicia Smith
