Music has always played a major role in my life. I find music to not only be an expression of one’s self but a way to release emotions in a creative way. I was born on April 11th 1992. At the age of three my passion for music was ignited. Coming from a very music oriented background I learned that music was more than just a hobby, it was a form of art. At the age of eight I was at my aunts wedding and I asked the DJ if I could perform a song in front of 500 people at the reception. I took the microphone and electrified the crowd with a rendition of Will Smith’s new hit “Willenium.” The crowd was in awe and inspired by my performance. My dad was so impressed he immediately set up recording sessions for me to complete my first album. I was signed to my first record deal with Sonic Wave International at the age of 9. I also shot a promotional video for the album that was played on Chicago cable stations including MTV and Nickelodeon. The album is still currently sold all over the world. The local press was quick to notice my success and I was soon in newspaper articles such as the Daily Herald. Furthermore the buzz I created led to online album sales and local shows in the Chicago metropolitan area. From age 12 to 16 I kept my skills in tact by writing and recording new songs. When I turned seventeen I came to the conclusion music was my life and it’s all I wanted to do. I’m currently growing my fan base throughout the Chicago area and throughout different parts of the country. Also my new single “Tinted Glass” is being distributed through Interscope and Island Def Jam digital distribution and can be found on Amazon, iTunes, Emusic, and Zune by searching M-8D. Music will be my passion until the day I die...I’m ready to turn my dreams into a reality.
