Mackie

Jordan Mackie is an upcoming hip hop artist born in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. 

Having an extensive background in music she has been writing for over a decade and performing for 2 and a half years as a solo artist. 

Highlights of her career include being a Finalist in the 2015 TeamBackPack competition and flying to L.A. To perform, opening numerous times for Evil Ebenezer, Snak The Ripper & Prada West of Stomp Down Killaz, tour support for the band SplitVizion for their Southern Ontario June 2017 tour, performances at Mount Funky and Peace East music Festivals, opening for Kane TL of Bone Thugs & Harmony, Performed on a 3 level party yacht held by Where It’s At Entertainment in September 2017, a performance on the Robbie G on the Boom Bap tour, Kung Foo Vampire & Locksmith In Kingston Ontario and tour support for Lil Debbie & Raven Felix for their Canadian Leg of the OG in my System tour in October 2017. 

She has performed for numerous charity events such as Halifax and Pictou County Pride Week, Out of Cold Halifax Fundraiser for the homeless & Christmas Daddies 2016 and 2017 events. 

Jordan Mackie has done collaborations with artists such as X-Plycit, Dex, 6host and Anewbis with many more to come in 2018. 

The hometown tribute her and another local Anewbis did on his track Westvilladelpia received over 100,000 views on Facebook and multiple reviews from different news outlets since it’s release. A collaboration EP featuring a second edition to the highly acknowledged Westvilladalpia track will be dropping this spring. 

Mackie’s Debut album “No Joke” was released on April 1st 2017 and is available on iTunes, Spotify and up to 100 other streaming and downloading sites. Her second album is in the works and will be released by summer of 2018. 

She will be making a trip to perform in London and Toronto this March for Evil Ebenezer of Stompdown Killaz and has plans for a co-headlining tour later this year. With no plans of slowing down, she continues to grow her brand bigger as a relevant artist in the industry.
