Bio
Hello, my name is Chris Michaels. I have been playing and recording music for most of my life. The majority of the time I play the sideman role; recently to Mark Linkous in Sparklehorse. I've been in other bands such as Living Better Electrically, and Furry Things. I also engineered, co-produced and guested on American Analog Set's 2005 album, Set Free, and mixed front of house on the corresponding tour.
During all of this time, primarily devoting myself to helping other songwriters achieve their vision in the studio or on stage, I have been recording my own songs and sharing them with friends under the name Madison House. With the urging of these friends I have put together a little cross section of songs from the last couple of years segued by bits of found audio and lost 4 track recordings.
