Mag5th was born on January 16, 1985 and grew up in the Midtown area of Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a young boy he become very inspired by musicians such as, BIG, Jay-Z, Mase, 2Pac, and Snoop Dogg. Mag5th also loves to listen to R&B. In 2001 he finally started recording his music in the studio. He became very popular in Elizabeth around the playgrounds spitting freestyle raps for everybody. Mag5th writes his own songs and is trying to get New Jersey back on the map. He love the South because of the knock of there music and that is what he trying to bring back to the east. Mag5th actually stands for where he came from. He lives on the corner of Magnolia and Fifth Street. He was raised by both parents who very supportive of anything he did.
