The Bismarck tribune calls him a “Magician prodigy.” The Argus Leader says he is, “One of our nation’s greatest.” Whatever you call him, this guy’s good.
The “guy” is magician/illusionist Reza.
Don’t be expecting to see this magician wearing a cape or pulling flowers from a cheap magic staff. Reza is beyond that.
Known as both an illusionist and an entertainer, Reza’s illusions are known to be refreshingly original, combining special effects and lighting to create a theatrical atmosphere, setting the mood of a Vegas-style show.
The performance is fast-paced, starting with a split second appearance by Reza on a revving motorcycle. Dozens of stunts and magical acts later, he closes the show with his signature illusion, titled “Destination”; an effect that calls for audience interaction, and magically beats the odds of random selection by more than a billion to one.
As a young boy of just 6, Reza was inspired to become a magician by watching an elementary school magic show in his hometown of Brookings, S.D. After getting a magic kit for his next birthday, he immediately began practicing, often for hours a day.
“I was very shy as a child,” he says. “Magic allowed me to express myself in a unique way. By the time I was a freshman in high school, I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”
Years went by, and as Reza’s skills improved, his audiences grew. By 2002, he was a full-time illusionist, performing in three shows a day six days a week in “the live entertainment capitol of the world,” Branson, Mo.

Reza has made his presence felt in the world of illusion since a very young age. His focus in the art began at the age of 7 with his humble birthday party beginnings in his hometown of Brookings, South Dakota.
By the age of fourteen, Reza was landing significant shows performing for resorts and large corporations. On his fifth-tenth birthday Reza left his hometown to perform a 6 week run in Branson, MO, the live entertainment capitol of the world. He used the grueling eighteen-show-a-week schedule to hone his gift for entertaining. After Branson, one opportunity led into the next and as the doors began to open, Reza’s style took on a fresh and cutting edge feel. With a largely original show and an appealing stage presence, Reza began selling out theatres as the entertainment world took notice.
Fast forward to present day. The once youth magician prodigy is today one of the fastest rising stars in the industry, with his mind set on changing the world’s perception of magic.
Reza is intriguing, engaging, and captivating. He has the ability to connect with his audiences and let them feel his magic on a personal level. He isn't just a magician. He is an entertainer.
