Malefactor

A patchwork of musical influence Malefactor has come about thanks to the tireless efforts of four unique minds. Jesse davis long entrenched in the ideal of malefactor ran into abe aguirri, a high school friend, three years ago. The two began the formal collaboration of malefactor with the help of danny mcnamar, a california acolyte brought on board by abe. Once the three began melding Ideas they knew that what they had was solid and unique and needed that final piece to bring about their full vision. Along came danny valentine who at first was a stopgap when their original bass player left. Another year of playing solidified the group and birthed a cohesiveness that moves and pushes the listner with an aggressive grace. the band is influenced by both melody and rage, hope and loss, success and failure, commitment and the lack thereof. It is because of this give and take that the band feels it has something to offer the disenfranchised who wants more than to wallow, they want to take back what was taken from them.
