Born in Berlin Germany , Natascha Schalau moved to the United States at age 11 ready to conquor America and then rest of the world. Going thru trials and turbulations she always held on to her Music wich was her way of expressing the emotions of her troubled childhood. With a huge, warm voice that makes grown men cry and bold lyrics this Fire Cracker was born an Entertainer and Storyteller. Manic Betty is her spunky alter ego that allows her to move freely from Jazz, Electronica, to Soul & Pop. This young woman can not be forced into a corner nor any one genre of music. Backed by her killer band, filled with musicians who have over 20 years of experience in all fields of music, you can always expect a musical spectacle of the very best kind.
