Well, our good friend Katie Pruitt is back at it again, this time teaming up with her very talented friends from Manmade Mountains. The group takes a step outside to record their acoustic cover of Jack Johnson’s “In The Morning” featuring some awesome vocals that seem to blend together seamlessly. These guys have a very cool sound that reminds me somewhat of The Head & The Heart (especially with Katie) and possess a smooth folk sound that is becoming more and more popular again. This is one of my favorite Jack Johnson songs and they definitely did it justice. Give this one and the rest of their originals and covers a listen, you won’t regret it.
