Manny Pemberton

Manny Pemberton is an American singer/songwriter from Queens, New York. Manny has always loved music since he could talk, he wrote his first song “Honey” when he was only 9 years old and debut his single on WFDU 89.1 FM Code Bleu Radio Show in New York City and was also interviewed. At the tender age of 11 years old Manny was given the opportunity to portray as his favorite artist Michael Jackson opening up for the legendary group Confunksion, performing in front of 30,000 people this was such a great experience for him. Even though he was portraying Michael Jackson for two years Manny was still Manny Pemberton. Days when he wasn’t portraying Michael Jackson he was being interviewed at Fox 19 News in Cincinnati performing his single “Honey” for the thousands of people watching, they would ask when his next shows would be and if there would be any new music coming soon. Manny was so hyped when he got the call that he would be performing as Michael Jackson at 20th Century Theatre to a sold-out crowd. 20th Century Theatre loved the kid who played Michael Jackson so much aka Manny Pemberton that they asked him to perform again that following year as himself the crowd at the time didn’t know who Manny Pemberton was but after he left the stage everybody in that audience became a fan. He did so well that they asked him to perform a third time to headline the Pipsqueak Theatre of the dropping of the ball for New Years Eve celebration. Manny began to create a really good following in the midwest, at 12 years old he sang the National Anthem for the US Tennis Open in-front of 30,000 people which was aired on ESPN. He later was accepted into Lachey Arts under the direction of Lea and Drew Lachey, performing Thriller for the Spooktacular at SCPA. At 15 years old Manny debut his first music video “Girls All Over The World” which made it to number 2 in New York on VideoCity and earning him 3 Beat 100 awards gaining even more fans All Over The World he released his second single “Butterfly Kisses” showing the sweet angelic voice and puppy love stage.
