Since mid-2009 Man Oh Man! has been Bowling Greens best kept secret, keeping it between friends and making sure to always keep it fun. After all isn’t that what its all about? Launching off with a hand full of high energy pop punk anthems celebrating inner city friendships and non stop parties, it wasn’t long before the movement caught hold.

In late November of 2009, the band decided that an official release was called for. Toying with the idea of releasing an EP to follow up their popular 2009 demo (including Benchmark and The Shakes), the band decided to get serious. In the early writing stages, after the first 2 songs (A Running Metaphor and 52) were completed, it was clear that there was a somewhat new direction, a new feeling really that just couldn’t be contained with such an abbreviated release as an EP.

Three months later, the 13 songs are complete and awaiting a late April/early May release. Recording is set to begin March 25th, the last recordings to possibly ever take place at Greyskull Recording’s Hammett Hill location, the place where it all began.
