"Who said new romanticism was dead?"

Marble Fairy, who said new romanticism was dead? No strangers to BBC Introducing, Marble Fairy are an electro pop group who's upbeat and entertaining tracks put movement into any static toes " - BBC Introducing

"They're a must see!!"

"Astonishingly strong set and presentation, they're a 'must see' when next playing" - - Olivier Behzadi, Unsigned Band Review

"The song could also work as a great sync in a fashion campaign!"

"I really like the track Model....It's so catchy and I love the video they have made... The song could also work as a great sync in a fashion campaign. They have a very current electro pop sound and a strong identity... you immediately know who they are and the image they want to put across." - Simon Gavin, A&M Records

Bio

Marble Fairy, a double girl fronted band, will tantalise your ears, wear down your dancing shoes and make your heart pound with disco love!

Described by BBC Introducing as "an electro pop group who's upbeat and entertaining tracks put movement into any static toes", Marble Fairy is an alternative electro-disco extravaganza. Created in 2009 and influenced by the likes of Thomas Dolby, Talking Heads, Transvision Vamp and Duran Duran, Marble Fairy delivers thunderous riffs, colossal grooves and explosive hooks so catchy your ears will barely believe their luck!

The live show is tight, bright and mighty. Their London debut saw Marble Fairy headline the Unsigned Band Review / Barfly night at The Fly, New Oxford Street; "Astonishingly strong set and presentation, they're a 'must see’". Having built a strong fan base in the South West, Marble Fairy have now relocated to London to capitalise on their growing London following and will be touring around the UK in the coming months. Marble Fairy reached the final 20 shortlisted bands in the Red Stripe Music Awards 2010 and have received fantastic accolades from their competition performances.

Having Co-produced an album of sparkly pop crossover tunes at Modern World Studios in Gloucester their tracks are now being mixed by Dave Bascombe (Kylie, Goldfrapp, Placebo).

The 80's revival shouldn't just be about synths and shoulder pads... Marble Fairy are bringing the true essence of 80's song writing back with a uniquely filthy modern twist.
