BandPopSinger/Songwriter

Marc blends musical elements of soft rock, blues/rock and pop-country set against a storytelling lyric style to craft his brand of adult pop.

Biography

On his debut CD, Time Is Precious with the piano at the forefront, Marc tells tales with life's timing as their theme. It also meant a chance for Marc to work with his brother Dan on guitar and as a co-producer. Musically, he draws upon influences from John Mellencamp, Billy Joel, and John Hiatt. "Some of my songs could fit into the pop-country genre. That may be due in part to the instrumentation and musical arrangements, but it's also because the lyrics are based upon storytelling."

Better Days To Come

Better Days To Come

I'm turning over a new leaf
Doing my best to find some inner peace
The older I get, the more it seems
What really matters are the loving things
Time is so precious and so are you
From now on this is what I'm gonna do

Chorus
I'll kiss you every morning
And hold you all night long
And ask the Lord above to help keep me strong
I'll count all my blessings with each setting of the sun
Knowing you'll be with me means there's better days to come

These shoes I'm in fit comfortably
But I'm still growing yes indeed
And no regrets you'll hear from me
'Cause from now on this is how it's gonna be

Chorus

I'm not as young as I used to be
I remember the words my father told me
"Son don't you think, that it's ever too late
When I was your age I made that same mistake"
Time is so precious now that's the truth
I won't waste it, this is what I'm gonna do

Chorus
