marc english800

hi--I've been trying to write and play songs my whole life. I don't know if I'm any good at it or not but I love it. I go by the moniker "marc engish 800" and have written and recorded 3 full length cds. The first entitled "The Last Star Next to the Moon" in 1998, the second "Hell Bent for Daisies" in 2003 and my latest which I have just completed as Barack Obama was elected President called "The Unseen Life that Dreams Us" (amen to both of these achievements). All 3 of these full lengths were produced and recorded by Rob Gal here in Atlanta, Ga. where I live. Before the 800 I was part of the band "three walls down" (no not 3 doors down--we were before them in the early to mid 90s) I don't know if we were any good or not but I liked it. I had at about 7.5 minutes of fame with three walls down as the one cd we made "Building Our House" was produced by Mike Mills of REM and got us on MTV, toured all over the US many times and Brazil but the last wall swiftly came down and that was the end of that. Since I've done all of the marc english 800 stuff myself I've drifted back into relative obscurity. Sure I'd like to get the full 15 minutes of fame with my music but if i never do it doesn't matter because as I said -----I love it....thanks, marc
