One of Cali's finest is ready to flow
MTM recording artist Marcia Brady is one of the hottest female rapper to come out of Cali, if not the hottest. Twenty-two-year old Marcia Brady grew up in the infamous birthplace, of GANGSTA RAP, South Central Los Angeles, California. At the young age of twelve, Marcia was crowned, The Hip Hop Goddess of rap, because of her distinct sound, and no joke lyrical flow.
Marcia Brady is not just another female rapper. She is destined to reach the top of the global rap game, to be recognized as a hip hop entertainer rap star, and actress. The hip hop community is thirsty for her sound and style. Film directors have presented interest in her talented qualities for the camera.
This work in process has not been easy. As early as five-years-old, Marcia attended Beverly Hills School of Acting. Shortly after completing studies there, Marcia modeled clothes for Sears catalog, auditioning for commercial, and pursuing casting calls for primary movie roles. When the movie career didnt take off for her as a youngster, flowing raps in the hood of the South central communities did. Marcia took the opportunity to hone in on her rap skills, and perfect her rough vocal delivery. She won several rap contests, which only fueled her real passion to write and flow lyrics. Marcia is also the author of children books, spoken word, and poetry.
Life has not been a cake walk for this diva, she is wise beyond her years. At a young age, Marcia was forced to except the death of her father, and closest girlfriend to homicides, the lessons she gained from these tragedies brought her strength and wisdom.
Marcia the artist has paid her dues collaborating and performing with many recording artists. Now Calis finest is here with the release of her debut album.
Early this year Marcia answered a casting call where she met CW Smith, CEO Maken That Money Records Inc. That meeting resulted Marcia Brady agreeing to deliver seven albums to MTM Records over seven years. The debut album project is in the can, entitled, Throwing it up CD 7000. The title track is also the first single schedule for release:
