Immersed in music since childhood, Marco has an undeniable talent. He is a multi-instrumentalist and a producer. These strengths have enabled him to work with some of the biggest artists in French song such as Corneille, Martine St-Clair and Marc Antoine.

With over 15 years’ experience in the world of music, Marco Volcy is about to take the world by storm. Marco’s style can be categorized as R&B, Pop, colored with Caribbean rhythms.

Marco’s first album received rave reviews and critical acclaim, more than a promising start. Marco’s professional career began in 2000 with the release of his first album, Soul. Soul was recorded under the label entrusted to Vincent Egret. For his first installment, Marco surrounded himself with major players from various backgrounds: Oliver Jones, Charles Biddle, Michel Cusson, Michel Cyr and Daniel Lavoie, with whom he performed the song More Than a Woman.

With the success of this first album, Marco became a staple within the Quebec artistic community. Ralph Boncy, a Montreal critic of the newspaper “Voir” indicated, “The talent of Marco Volcy is what is called, an open secret”. Marco chose a new direction for his second album. In this installment, the artist did not hesitate to marry sounds, adding more than a slight touch of Caribbean vibes. Marco’s second album showed his maturity, both in his compositions and in his voice, rounder and warmer, that evoked emotion with perfect ease.

With the release of his single, Marco affirms with the title song, “C’est moi”. It hits hard and rises for several weeks at the top of the charts on the music channel, Musimax. The success of the album quickly resonates.
