Bio
Although born in Venice and having grown up in Rome and London, Marco Bosco's performance career actually started in New York at the famed Silver Cup Studios in Queens. As a 9- year-old, he was picked to be part of a pop group that performed daily on an Italian variety show hosted by Raffaella Carra, filmed in Queens, and broadcast in Italy on RAI International. The group was known as "5 Stars" and had its first record deal with Italian major label Fonitcetra. Marco was fortunate enough to share the stage singing and dancing alongside legends like James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Ella Fitzgerald, Tina Turner, Frank Sinatra, and other stars that made guest appearances on the show.

In the mid nineties, Marco moved to London to complete his studies and in hopes of finding others who shared his vision of music. This was a tough decision, considering he was leaving behind what might have been a promising soccer career with A.S. Roma, since Marco was quickly advancing through their youth system. London turned out to be the right decision, as he got his first publishing deal through Mildon Publishing.

In London, he also formed a band called 'Kevin'. The name was in memory of his best friend who died tragically at a young age. It started out as an acoustic guitar trio playing in coffee houses, but quickly evolved into a full-on rock band playing venues like the prestigious Astoria Theatre and Marquis and opening for bands such as Biohazzard, Dog Eat Dog and Sugar Ray.

Soccer would prove to have meaning in Marco's life once again, when he met Gavin Rossdale while playing a pickup game in a local park. After they talked, Gavin went to see 'Kevin' perform and then asked the band to accompany Bush to promote "The Science of Things" on tour stops in England and Italy. The success of the tour with Bush in Italy landed the band an endorsement deal with Wind communications. This gave the band an opportunity to start work in Los Angeles on the self- titled EP, 'Kevin', as well as film a video in Mexico for the single of Time. The result was the independent release of the EP throughout Italy which sold over 250,000 units in six weeks. The video of Time was played on MTV throughout Europe and Clear Channel Entertainment had the band supporting Nelly Furtado on her Italian tour.

Marco was on his way back to Rome from Miami and had a layover in Atlanta. Be it fate or instinct, he decided to stop his life at that moment and not get on the next flight to Italy. He chose instead to head into Atlanta to walk around and get a feel for the city, which later became his home.

Manager Aaron J. Braunstein was able to put Marco in touch with Blake Eiseman, a multi-platinum engineer based just outside of Atlanta. Working in Blakes basement studio, mix after mix, through debating and experimenting, re-recording and re-producing, he finally got the sound he was looking for.

During this time, Marco took a break and went to Miami to visit his best friend, Riccardo, a multi-millionaire real estate developer. On that trip, he wrote If I Dont Have You. The line, I got sunshine on my face, but Im not happy comes from Marco looking at Riccardo on his balcony in his beautiful Miami condo. As Marco explains, from the outside his friend's life seems like everybodys dream, but on the inside his life was empty and segregated. He is a man who has everything, but in reality, is a man who has nothing meaningful.

Music for Marco is the way to filter everything and transfer emotions and experiences into sounds and words. In addition to the depth and character he's brought to his sound, he's also worked with top music professionals such as engineer Blake Eiseman (Usher, Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Pink, Outkast), musical arranger Eddie Horst (Bruce Springsteen, REM, Train, and Collective Soul), drummer Tom Knight (TLC, Dallas Austin), bass player Dre Bowman (Usher, Big Boi, India.Arie and Ashley Simpson), and Atlanta jazz staple, pianist Randy Hoexter

The result is a high level of musicality combined with radio friendly hooks, while containing a depth most often found exclusively in the singer/songwriter genre. This creates a style of music that can be enjoyed by everyone, of any age and any background.

Proof of this is illustrated by the fact that Capitol recording artist Mims heard Marco's upcoming single "If I Don't Have You" and was immediately taken with Marco's lyrics, "I got sunshine on my face, but I'm not happy". Mims gained notoriety with his song "This is Why I'm Hot", one of the best selling rap songs to date. "If I Don't Have You connected with Mims in a deep and personal way. He asked Marco to produce a new song for him, based around the chorus of "If I Don't Have You". The resulting collaboration of Mims and Marco
