"Marc Perrin Human Feelings EP"

Marc Perrin's new single 'My Soul' delivers itself in the plainest of ways.

There's no artwork or fancy cover to accompany the single, it's raw and stripped down just like his music.

The title track contains a powerful yet comfortable presence, it's the kind of song that would advertise the next big Vinnie Jones gangster mob film.

It's just plain dirty, and with a rock star personality vocal dominating the whole process there's no mistaking who is in charge.

'Lost For Words' has removed the intimidating aspect and relies solely on a acoustic performance with some added harmonies to increase the emotion. This song works well, the only annoying thing is the way "Situation" is pronounced but that's only a minor niggle.

Continuing with the same style 'I Won't Let You Down' is another calmed down track. The whole gang seem to be back together but this time they work together creating a calmer version of 'My Soul'. This track still contains the depth of 'My Soul' but has a more Star Sailor approach.

This is a cracking record from Marc Perrin.

"Marc Perrin Live @ the Metro"

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for coming down and playing last night. I thought your set was absolutely excellent and you even ran off without giving me a chance to give you any money ! It was only £15 but still would have covered your transport costs and hopefully a few beers ! I'd love to get you on again, so we can just add it to your payment next time if you want.

I reckon you made a good few extra fans as well a lot of people saying how they liked your music.

Well done again mate really great set and look forward to seeing you again soon !

Cheers Rob
