Bio
Margo, Margo is a six piece band consisting of fiddle, cajon, female and male vocals, guitar, acoustic guitar, piano and bass. Some show highlights include The Evolve Festival , River Jam , Tay Creek Folk Festival , Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival , The Boyce Farmers Market, Backstreet Records, Gallery Connexion with Bruce Peninsula and The Weather Station, Cedar Tree Cafe with Bolivia, Zachary Lucky and Oh No, Theodore (among others), The Moncton Music Festival 2012 (Tide and Boar), Dooryard Festival, Plan B (with Wind Up Radio Sessions), NB Emerge, Pickles Fest,Pitter Patter and various benefit concerts (such as the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Benefit with David Myles and Babette Hayward), festivals and local shows. We are currently recording our first full length record at WYDESKY Studios (Owen Steel, Olympic Symphonium, etc)
