Mariachi Fatigo

Described as a duo led indie-mariachi band, Mariachi Fatigo has influences ranging from Mexico's Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan to Robert Rodriguez's Chingon, and is in the same musical vein as indie rock bands Devocka and Calexico. This close knit group is comprised of singer/guitarist Mike Montoya and guitarronist Mike Hernandez along with an eclectic ensemble of professional backline performers. 

In July of 2014, Mariachi Fatigo released their self-titled debut EP, which provides listeners an escape into a southwestern musical wonderland and showcases variations of english and spanish songs in the medium of mariachi.

Recently formed and rooted in the desert city of El Paso, Texas, Mariachi Fatigo has performed at several festivals including the El Paso Chalk the Block Art Festival and headlined at the Tricky Falls Venue in Downtown El Paso.  Mariachi Fatigo is primed and excited to continue touring throughout the year, paying special attention to major markets such as El Paso, Austin and San Antonio before heading West.
