Bio
Maria Orieta is a singer-songwriter from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She lives in Oslo, and has released 4 albums.
Orieta's next project is to tour in Norway playing songs from her children's music album witch will be released in August 2012. The new album is called "Vi har ni liv" (We have 9 lives) and is a collaboration with actress Veronica Salinas. The songs have lyrics in Norwegian, Spanish and English. The first single from this album is "Kattene på Grønland" and has a beautiful video witch was released in July 2012.
Her album "Super Reverb Overdrive" from 2011 was written and recorded in Los Angeles where she resided for 3 years.
