Bio
I was born in Japan.
I started to take piano lessons at the age of five.
At age 11, I joined a chorus.
At age 16, I started to take vocal lessons.
I graduated from Kunitachi College of Music with a bachelor's degree.
I finished a special course of musicotherapy at Toho Gakuen School of Music.
I am a member of the Japanese Music Therapy Association.
A songwriter of children's music and other classical music. All songs with the theme of nature and soul.
I also compose healing music, and give concerts.
I play improvised piano music to a recitation at a concert.
I perform music therapy for the elderly and people requiring psychiatric care.
Won the Grand Prix at the 1st World Music Grand Prix: 'The World's Most Ear-Grabbing Song' (organized by Simulingual, Inc.)
Won the Team Minus 6% Special Award at the Karuizawa Love Song Award 2007
Released an album on CD titled Mari "......for you" in Japan in 2007.
Will release two new albums of instrumental music and vocal music, respectively in 2009.
