Bio
A Singer/ songwriter and Artist Mark Buckeridge is one to watch!Mark has been influenced by the work of Cat Stevens and The Beatles at an early age.
Born in 1991, Mark was a student of Gaelcholaiste Ceatharlach and with a huge passion for art and music he has pursued this avenue in terms of his career path. Mark started playing guitar and writing original songs at age fourteen and through school performed as a solo singer-songwriter. He has gone on to study fine art and is working on his first, self produced album of original works.
He is a fountain of ideas for new, innovative and artistic models in the areas of his professional and artistic development. Mark is currently studying fine art and ceramic design at Crawford College of Art. He brings a highly developed and unique style to everything he does. His visual artistry is a powerful addition to his song writing and performance.
On stage Mark reveals a stark honesty, an uncanny charisma, an overwhelming intimacy in the way he delivers each and every performance. He is a regular on Balcony TV and has recently completed a showcase at The Zodiac sessions, Bruxelles.
