I'm currently forming a ballad rock/folk rock band and I'm managing Victoria Winters as well as myself, I'm speaking with the entertainment directors in Las Vegas trying to secure a paying deal to play lounges in Las Vegas for this coming year 2008. My influences have been John Lennon, Bob Seger, Neil Young, Jackson Browne, Pink Floyd, Chicago just to name a few.
My story is I was to record a acoustic guitar track on John Lennons album 'DOUBLE FANTASY' in August of 1980, on the song CLEAN UP TIME, but my agent at that time didn't respond to John in time so he used the guitarist from CHEAP TRICK.
My 3rd cousin is JIM STAFFORD, the famous Country singer/songwriter, he wrote the song "SPIDERS AND SNAKES" which propelled him to fame. I've talked with him regarding him giving me some help but he says "there is only room for ONE star in this family." Not very mature on his part.
