Bio

Originating from Beograd, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia current day Serbia, I began my musical journey playing piano at the age of 5. At the age of 14 I would switch to playing bass. Spending countless hours practicing, and played with several different groups ranging from Hip Hop, Latin Pop to Brutal Death metal I developed my own playing style. After playing for only a couple of months I would form my first band LLIK. The band went through more line up/style changes than actual performances, this was the main reason for my departure. After leaving I would form two tribute acts, Alice N' Chains (Alice In Chains) and Disposable Heroes (Metallica). Both played all over Ontario and including a Eastern Canada tour for an year before we disbanded due to difficult schedules.

In 2003 I started Bleak Destiny and joined Corporate Riot in 2004. During this period I had the opportunity to open for Kataklysm (Nuclear Blast), Deeds of Flesh, Mortal Decay (Unique Leader), Despised Icon (Century Media) and was part of the only Chuck Schuldiner Tribute show to happen in Toronto. As 2005 rolled around I found myself without a band as Bleak Destiny and Corporate Riot both disbanded. I started teaching bass privately and began expanding my playing with a Latin R n' B studio project called, Essential Groove. This get me my first radio plays on Toronto radio stations Z103.5, Kiss 92.5 Chum FM 104.5. Because of these radio plays I helped produce and wrote majority of the songs for two local bands, Horizon and The Sounds. The what was to be Horizon debut album was never released due to band issues.

Then in 2007 Adytum, fellow friends of mine asked if I would fill in on bass for their upcoming shows since their original bassist, Ryan Lewis left. After several practices the we all felt it was right to for me to join and create the new Adytum line up. Since then we have toured with Epicurean (Metal Blade Records) and WhatÂ’s He Building in There? (Year of the Sun Records) and shared the stage with Augury (Nuclear Blast), Unexpect (The End Records), Ensiferum (Spinefarm), Blackguard (Nuclear Blast), The Exalted Piledriver (Northern Storm Records), The Agonist (Century Media), Martyr (Galy), Neuraxis (Prosthetic Records), Necronomicon (Napalm Records), Quo Vadis.

In 2008 I was part of the creation of Muffin, a cover band dubbed 'A Tribute to Metal ItselfÂ’. Playing over numerous shows in Southern Ontario just over 18 months including the Glory Through Steel festival with Nunslaughter (Hells Headbangers Records) and Lair of the Minotaur (Southern Lord Records). After over an year of playing I left the group to focus on Adytum and my other band, Blastomycosis. After one demo, a full length album and an Ontario/Quebec tour with Lividity (War Anthem Records), Blastomycosis and myself parted ways so I can focus on Adytum's sophomore album and join the new line of Reckon With One with Mark Anthony Kopernicky (ex-The Exalted Piledriver guitarist and Jackson/GHS endorsed artist).
