Bio
Markus Adams, is a German electronic Musician Songwriter, Producer, Keyboarder. He began making electronic music in the early 90's. His tools at the time were an Atari St and a Yamaha PSR SQ 16 Sequencer-keyboard. Soon he developed an eclectic sense for great music of almost any style. After some ten years away from making music he rebooted his career in 2013.
While having its roots in electronic music, his Rock, Prog and Folk via upbringing has left its mark on his music. Think: Mike Oldfield, Genesis, Yes, Queen, Chris de Burgh, Kraftwerk, Jean-Michel Jarre, Elton John, Billy Joel But he always had is ears on the whole music spectrum. There is great diversity in style. But still, a common thread of fine ambiance, melody and mood permeates his music. The mostly instrumental tunes range from Ambient to Chill-out to Folk. Make sure to listen to his tracks on headphones or great speakers. This way his music will let you find something new anytime you listen again. In 2016 he was signed by New York label blend.io. They released his debut EP 'NOW'. He went on to win prizes in several remix competitions on blend.io. This creative road led to the release of his first full album. The Album No Wise Man Ever Dared #NWMEDTEMR honors his musical idol Mike Oldfield. It went live worldwide in the summer of 2017. 2018 saw the release on the concept album "NYC Nights" showcasing the sights and sounds and emotions of a visit to the big apple.Now he has published his latest album ORIGIN. In this release he processes the recovery from a severe heart attack earlier in 2018. Listen to the sound of modular synthesis enriching the melodic soundscapes from Wadern's most prolific composer and producer. Put on your headphones and dive into the deep, rich tapestry of sounds and melodies. Let yourself feel the pulse of life and the relaxation of flight.
