The best kept secret in music

"Mark Wiechman is a do-it-yourself kinda guy--he composed, arranged, and produced all the songs on his latest release, "There is no Tomorrow Without You." Mainly adult soft rock and acoustic folk, Wiechman's tunes border on gospel love songs (if there is such a creature). It's an unusual concept, but one Wiechman stands by. His CD insert states unequivocally, "Each of us must build our own mountain and then climb it. I did everything on this CD just to see if I could." The record was recorded and pressed at Wiechman's home studio, The Menagerie---named for his collection of animals. Wiechman is a learned composer who names Monk, chick Corea, Jaco Pastorious and Stanley Clarke as influences." - Folio Weekly, Jacksonville Florida
