Bio

Dan Marshall is a singer /songwriter from Sault .Ste. Marie ,Ontario, Canada. In the early 1990's , he formed the Dirt Roots Band which backed up likes of the Allman Bros , Lynyrd Skynrd, Molly Hatchet, and Blue Oyster Cult. In 1994 the band was re -named The Dan Marshall Band and they headlined the Katie Beers Benefit Concert with Rage Against the Machine. After seven years of touring and playing live gigs the Band released its' self titled EP in 1998 . The CD did extremely well on college radio and in Europe. The songs "Rave n Roll and Two Kinds of People "were in the top forty on several stations from 1999 through 2001. In 2001 they released a live CD," Live at Penn State" that truly captured "the essence of their blistering southern blues /rock attack ". Dan Marshall recorded over 100 songs, and in 2005 went back into the studio to remaster many of the unreleased tracks that are due out in early 2008 in a Box Set.

Tom Petrone is a native of the New York area and has over 40 years of music experience ranging from live performance to studio engineering. Tom's studio, Vortex Recording, has handled many music and film projects over its 20 year existence. Tom plays live on a regular basis and is in the studio on a daily basis.
