In late 2002 Miguel Cruz, with many artistic influences decided to put together a band that could be an outlet for his artistic and creative views in life. With little experience Martians On Rooftops slowly carved a unique style that has roots in Rock and Hispanic heritage. With influences such as Coheed and Cambria, Angels and Airwaves, Camila, Blink 182, Mana, Mars Volta.
