Bio
In a city where the music resources are limited, Marty Notes decided to do it all on his own. The Kansas City, KS native is a self-taught rapper, producer, engineer, video editor and graphic designer. Since 9 years old Marty has been writing songs for himself and local artist, and performing in talent showcases. In 2006 he released the first upon several mixtapes to promote himself. Now in 2013 Marty Notes has released his first commercial project; a self-produced album appropriately titled "Hard Work Pays"; under Marty’s “Hard Work Pays Music” record label. With a free mixtape entitled, "RMC (Respect My Craft)" being released on Halloween 2013, Marty is ready to present his art to the world.
