MARY COPPIN
Mary Coppin's voice has a magical quality, somewhere between Natalie Merchant and The Kinleys that cuts through the ordinary and can literally hush a noisy club. Her pop/rock/folk songs take you on a journey from evocative questions to joyful answers, Chris Boardman, film composer, (Mel Gibson's Payback)
Besides winning the top prizes in both The John Lennon Songwriting and Telluride's Troubadour competitions, Mary has opened for major artists like Willie Nelson in Maui and Natalie Merchant in Colorado. Mary�s also been a featured performer on the prestigious Main Stage of the Kerrville Folk Festival and her debut CD, "A Room Up For Rent", produced by Grammy nominated Jay Donnellan has received rave reviews in Billboard Magazine.
Mary lives both on The Big Island of Hawaii and in Southern California and travels often between Hawaii, California and Nashville.
