Currently affiliated with Trippy House, and a founding member of OrNAH (Original New Age Hippies), MarzLL credits his musical influence to Common, Pimp C, Snoop Dogg, Charles Hamilton, Biggie, Etta James, Aerosmith, Wu Tang, BDK, Rakim, Lauryn Hill and Bob Marley.

Marz first found a love for music when he discovered Bob Marley at the age of three. Years passed as MarzLL wrote songs and developed his unique sound before he finally made his debut as a rapper in Chicago’s Harold Washington College. Being so well received, he was quickly directed to New York to pursue a serious music career.

Marz grew up in the most dangerous neighborhood in Southside Chicago (Killer Ward) for 18 years before moving to Georgia, then travelling to Philly and finally settling in New York City.

Marz currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is a brand ambassador for Netherlands-based Ivanabitch Vodka, Bitch Wedding clothing from Germany, Demand Clothing UK, and Primal Combat MMA.

He has shared the stage with Styles P, Ron Brows, Fred the Godson, Kony Brooks, Mob Deep, Torch, and Cory Gunz.
