maslow are an alternative rock band from ireland,formed in 2005,they have been writing,recording and performing original material ever since,debuting "under the arches" in the 2005 clonmel junction festival the have gone on to play at venues throughout ireland and have opened up for well known irish acts such as kila,leanne harte,royseven and fred aswell as opening up for american groups love lies sleeping(LA)and big soy(texas).
last august maslow were the international guest at the crossroads festival in lilongwe,the capitol city of malawi.in october of theis year they travelled to toronto,canada where they were performing at indie week 08.
in terms of influence it ranges alot between the band going from groups like pixies,queens of the stone age and joy division to singers like tom waits and nick cave.
